JESUS AND GANGBANGERS

Posted by Jud Wilhite: This past Christmas we experienced something wonderful at Central in Vegas. In partnership with God Behind Bars, we launched our first extension campus inside a women's prison.

We showed video of the music and the teaching on a large screen and when I did a shout out to the ladies, the place went nuts.

Over 300 women gathered at our service, the first of a weekly service that is now being offered behind bars. Hundreds of women made commitments to follow Jesus. The team also gave out 1,000 gift bags to prisoners at two different prisons.

Our Recovery Pastor at Central said it was the single most powerful service he's ever attended in his life.

We hope to launch campuses inside many other prisons in the future and I'm so thankful for Jake Bodine, who leads God Behind Bars, and for the team that works hard to ensure nobody is left behind.

Now THAT is People of the Second Chance!
